Kevin Ocubillo is the Planning & Transportation Deputy for Los Angeles City Councilmember Jose Huizar. In this capacity Kevin reviews and consults on development projects within the Downtown, Boyle Heights, El Sereno, Highland Park and Eagle Rock neighborhoods. Before joining the office, Kevin co-founded Parklet Studies, a collaborative focused on research and evaluation of experimental urban design interventions in the public right-of-way.

Mike West is the President of Inland West, a commercial real estate firm based in Riverside, California. He began his career in 2008, working with the Westminster Funds, an Illinois-based real estate investment group, focused on the operation of shopping centers and large single tenant net leased developments. His time working with Westminster included the management of over 500,000 sf of Class A retail space, shopping center pre-development work and the disposition of single tenant assets. In 2012, Mike went independent and has focused Inland West on multi-family brokerage in Southern California. Mike is a graduate of University of California at Riverside. In his free time he enjoys playing basketball, having fun at maker spaces and spending time with family.
